Cancellation Policy
This policy covers changes and cancellations for our open courses (usually max 12 places). It applies to consumer and business bookings; by booking you accept these terms. Before cancelling – two free options: 1. Substitution: send someone else in your place. Tell us in writing at least [2] working days before the start date. No charge. 2. Transfer: move to a later date. One transfer is free if requested 21+ days before the start date; shorter notice is treated as a cancellation. Subject to availability; any price difference applies. Cancelling Notify us in writing at [CONTACT EMAIL]; cancellation takes effect when we receive it. Charges by notice given: • 21+ days: full refund* • 8–20 days: 50% refund* • 7 days or fewer / no-show: no refund* *A [£50] admin charge is retained wherever a refund is due. Consumer resale refund: if we resell your seat, we refund your fees less the [£50] admin charge, automatically after the course runs. This does not apply to business bookings, where the charges are fixed. Statutory right (consumers): if you booked at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a course starts within this period at your request, you may lose this right once it has run. If we cancel or reschedule: We may cancel or reschedule (e.g. low enrolment, illness, or events beyond our control). You may choose a full refund or a free transfer. Our liability is limited to fees paid; we are not liable for travel or other costs, so avoid non-refundable arrangements until your place is confirmed. Refunds Paid to the original payment method within 14 days of accepting your cancellation (or of the course running, for resale refunds). General Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
