Ethos have continued working with Shell UK to develop and deliver Task Risk Assessment and Operational Risk Assessment programmes to improve consistency and clarity in their risk assessment process.
Ethos coaches have been running workshops to engage all levels of personnel in Risk Assessment. The focus has been to highlight the current confusion in The Language of Risk® and to bring clarity to the process.
The programmes have been well received across all installations and Ethos continue to deliver workshops for all personnel involved in the Risk Assessment process.
In Live Learning Workshops utilising our learning platform and Teams Meetings or Zoom Meetings we trained over 400 delegates last year.

We have been doing these workshops for Shell for 3 years now delivering training to over 1000 delegates and we're proud of our consistent delivery metrics over what has been a period of considerable change for the industry, finding new solutions to deliver flexible training solutions for our clients.
